The 32″ Roll Up Metal Pilates Pole is suitable for aiding alignment, arm work, and increasing the focus on scapular stabilisation during Pilates exercises performed on the Reformer, Ladder Barrel, or during Pilates matwork. The shorter 32″ Pilates Pole has more versatility than a 60″ Gondola Pole and can easily fit inside the Reformer straps for certain exercises. The iron construction makes this Pilates Pole heavier than its wooden counterpart, which increases resistance and exercise difficulty. Also available in the 60″ version, plus lighter wooden 32″ and 60″ versions.
