Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-10 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Order Shipment
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@pilatesprogear.com
No shipping outside the USA or Canada, unless specified on the product page.
Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pick-Up shipping is completely free on orders over $100! This option typically takes between 5-10 days to arrive at your doorstep after you have submitted your order. We also offer other shipping options (Threshold or White-Glove Delivery) upon request. Please contact us for more information about these options prior to ordering.
