My own path to Pilates began after a snowboarding accident. I tried everything to recover — the gym, massages, time off — and none of it worked the way Pilates did. The practice rebuilt strength and range of motion I'd almost given up on, along with something I hadn't expected: a sense of being at home in my own body again.

That experience is the reason Pilates Pro Gear exists. A reformer isn't ordinary fitness equipment — it's a tool for rebuilding the body, and for many of us, a quiet daily practice that becomes part of how we live. I wanted to make studio-grade equipment accessible to the people who understand that: the instructors and studio owners doing this work, and home practitioners as committed to it as I am.
