Our Patented Cardio Rebounder is a fun, low-impact way to build cardiovascular health and tone muscle. Use the Rebounder lying down to reach your desired heart rate as effectively as a treadmill with reduced impact in the joints, hips or spine. For more traditional Pilates exercises, switch the Rebounder out with the included padded foot bar.

‘Precision’ is an essential principle of AeroPilates. The Reformer 610 meets that standard by providing you with aluminum rails and ball-bearing rollers for smooth platform movement. The 610 features 4 levels of spring resistance (2 heavy and 2 light) for total of 8 possible combinations of difficulty. Heavier resistance engages the main muscle groups and lighter resistance activates the core. The 610 also includes a wall chart, and downloadable AeroPilates Primer and AeroPilates Basic Workout Package videos.
